Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Service Estimates

Estimates provided through this website or over the phone are approximate. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work. We provide written contracts for all projects exceeding $500.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for 12 months from completion date. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment they provide. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee. Projects cancelled after work has begun may be subject to restocking fees for materials and labor already performed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damages not within our control, including but not limited to weather, existing structural issues, or third-party work.
